Can I sell Cartoon printed phone covers? As an example If I sell a cartoon cat print phone cover will it violate the Counterfeit item policy?

Can someone help me to solve this problem?

you can create anything you like but you cant use copyrighted stuff

you cant make NFL team logo cases unless you have permission

you cant use disney characters if you dont have permission

generic print are fine for a phone case

If those images are copyrighted...no.  You would need special permission from the copyright holder and most of the time their answer is no.  

Counterfeiting other images (sports teams, etc.)is also a violation and will get you suspended probably for good.

Don't do it.  Don't jeopardize or risk your shop being shut down.  Be careful.

Are your Game of Thrones items licensed?

If not, you need to take them down.

Anything that you haven’t created yourself needs to be licensed for you to sell on eBay.

If you are printing the covers, or having the covers printed for you, you must have permission to use the cartoons, characters, logos, etc. that you are printing.
