On the USPS site the general public can access all of the service level reports required by
Congress, and should gauge current seller protection and transparency with buyers expectations.
A random grab of one weeks data from approximately 1 month ago shows on time delivery of First Class Packages just under only 85%.
On a personal note, on 10-26 my listings were all penalized by being pushed back 2 weeks due to my INR rate being 1.7% compared to my peers who were at 0%?? I only use First Class.
I think we should all be
on the same page here, especially when it comes to cross comparing seller service metrics and seller protection amongst the building Pandemic and how realistic expectations should be in
use during these unstable times.
You can see the same report as I which was published on 10-23-20.

I know but they don't care.

Enay devolution is a crying shame for sure. What do you mean "pushed back two weeks?" Do you mean your handling times were overridden or preset to 2 weeks? Is that affecting you business through search order? Tank you.

Take a look at my listings. A one day handling time listing has an ETA of 12-19.
You are measured against your peers for INR, again. My peer % is 0 under Musical Instruments. I handmade, to order different guitar parts and there is no sub category for that so:
1- Being compared to 0, I might as well not to do anything right. If one order is INR, I’m “Very High”.
Yes, I have essentially been shut down.

Is anyone aware that when Defects get removed, they don’t get removed from your service metrics?
