So today I was finishing up a listing today and as I scrolled down a black box with "Help keep your price competitive. Automatically lower your item price at regular intervals until your item is sold or reaches the set minimum price." Last night I was working on the same listing and that black box popped up with a statement that no item specific to mine had sold for more than $10 in the last 90 days. I sold two for the same $11.99 in the last 40 DASYS and hat price included SHIPPING. I'm starting to take these stupid "suggestions" ( reduce you're beginning price to $.01 or $.99 etc.) personally. There has to be a way for a seller to turn this crap off

They are just suggestions and not anything to take personally or actually use. I just ignore them.

@gedney It's not "AI", it's just a procedure that if you enable it, lowers the price by a certain percentage over a certain period of time. Mercari has had this for years - sometimes I use it, sometimes I don't. Marketplaces have all sorts of 'suggestions' (I sell on three, sometimes four) - just ignore that which you'll not bother with.

It isn't AI. It is merely a suggestion and nothing more than a suggestion. In most cases they aren't correct or is lousy advice. IMHO just ignore it.
