HOW CAN THEY BE SO STUPID IT CLEARLY STATES YOU CAN SELL CUTLARY IT IS LISTED IN KITCHENALIA WHATS WRONG WITH THEM. ITS HARD ENOUGH GETTING A SALE WITHOUT THEIR INCOMPETENCE. I CANNOT PHONE OR START A CHAT BECAUSE NEITHER OF THESE ARE AVAILABLE BECAUSE OF THE VIRUS. BUT THEY CAN FIND THE TIME TO REMOVE A BOXED WEDDING CAKE KNIFE.

Probably the Bots don't like one of your keywords. Try re-phasing the title key words with synonyms.
Hope that helps...…..

@steer*antiques Have you tried contacted CS? Try the email link, because neither phone or chat is available, at least not for us mortals. The link for emailing them is available at the bottom of the HELP page, if you are persistent enough...
Good luck!

Boxed nuts was the problem for sure due to peanut allergies. And the hidden message that getting married is a sure sign you are going crazy, or "nuts".

You already know the knife laws in the UK are very strict.
You should have checked ebays policy before you listed the knife.
Cake Knives are not allowed to be sold on ebay UK.

Keep it quiet, don't tell our UK government, otherwise pencils will get banned too.

Did you list it more than once? I can't imagine being suspended unless you did that.

Even a pencil can be 'lethal' in the right hands
The right 'hands' can be lethal also.
