A new seller on eBay has taken images from my own listing and photoshop it to use as their own to sell a questionable signed item without my permission. Is there anything I can do to stop them?

You are lucky they took them down. At the rules now they did not have to. I have the same problem all the time . As others can not take as good of photos of the wood I sell. Or they most likely just do not have the qulity of wood I sell. They steal my photos all the time. E bay use to remove the listings for me. But not anymore. They say as they are catalog photos and are at use for anyone. The photos are mine and I got the wood to back them up.What makes it irritating is I know they are not selling what is listed because the photos are one of a kind. But I always say to myself. They will most likely get a neg. feedback for not meeting the qulity of the photo. You should not let it bother you. Just hang it up if it happens again. Being of fowl language to them in your message to them was not very nice. They were just trying to make the buck the easy way. Relax do not let this petty issue bother you. Yes I do think it is petty because. It has happened to me more times than you can count. So have just stopped worrying about it anymore. In google images i got more sellers selling with my photos than you can imagine. It would be lots more time than it is worth to try and stop them.
