A question about "Send an Offer"...

Howdy all!

     I somehow (mistakenly?) thought I had to wait for Ebay to send me an offer to use the new  "send an offer" feature...but I just noticed on my Sellers Hub (which I still am not using, but decided I'd best familiarize myself with it's features)....and I see a column for "send an offer",  so I clicked on it and got another page full of lists, and one of the columns says "FORMAT" and all the listings shows a locked padlock down that column...there is a down arrow next to the word FORMAT and when I click on it, nothing changes (in that column....still locked padlocks) but my listings change...I'm so very confused...I know I will figure it out on my own given time, but the heck with that!  WHAT DOES IT ALL MEAN??!!  🙂

If your talking about the send offer to your watchers feature you can do this one at a time. In hub go to listings at the top of the screen, then active, then click on Offer to buyers. You can do one offer to buyer at a time when you click on the ones that are eligable open them in a new tab. See screen shot, then enter your discount offer price then click submit. Your watcher will get the offer and may or may not buy it.
