Hello, folks.
I have sold my old Motorolla E398 in condition "for parts or not working" for a dude from Estonia for $35 with free shipping. I love Estonia, so I have included a little bonus for the parcel - an original charger (it was not mentioned in listing). And what happened then? I got a neg - "Charger did not work, and was incredibly sensitive to even a working charger." Just as I have said before, charger wasn't mentioned in listing, and was included by me as a bonus. Buyer has only one feedback (from me).
Is there is a way to revise a feedback with eBay administration? I have sent a message to buyer, but it was left unanswered.
Regards,
Alex

You *may* be able to get it removed since it mentions something that's not in the listing. It can't hurt to call and try.
That said, it's best not to include freebies in a package, for this exact reason. Sad, I know...

The charger is in the photo,
and in the listing description it's stated "what you see is what you will get"

I know that is says "For parts or not working" twice in the listing, but it is a better idea to put that title too.
Ideally every buyer should be reading the description, but some do not.
These are very risky items to sell. There have been other threads regarding this same subject.
Unfortunately, since you already responded to the feedback, I don't believe you will be able to get it removed.

Whether or not a seller has responded to feedback has NOTHING to do with whether it can be removed. That is an urban legend.
Feedbacks are removed solely if they meet the criteria for removal.

On the other hand that snarky and obviously incorrect follow up makes you look bad to future potential buyers

Unfortunately too many buyers seem to expect "for parts not working items" to still work! It's risky to list even working electronics and tech here, but even riskier to list those that don't work.

I totally did not see that pic with the charger lol
But the part about the freebies stands.
