Nope.  She's making handmade reproductions of Barbie outfits.  She does not represent Mattel in any way, shape, or form.

I 100 % agree with you on this.  I too am curious how she was able to become vero.

When someone submits a vero, is it public information.

This seller is very shady.  She's been copying other seller's work for several years now.  It rarely ever happens, because it is so unethical.  In my opinion, the seller has no morals when I comes to selling on Ebay.

What this seller is doing now, is reporting my auctions, and then making an exact copy of my item and selling it herself.

Are you getting Vero take down notices or just the eBay removed your listing messages

If it were me I would read up on vero.  Maybe even call ebay.

Ask what the procedure is to become one.  Is any of it public knowledge.

I would assume she would have to show proof.  Ask what that would be.

In this case I am very curious how she managed this, unless ebay is just accepting them blindly.  First to do it wins vero.  And they are not doing any due dilligence in checking to see if they have a right to it.

File a counter-notice. That forces the other party to take action to prove their claim (which, BTW, they made under penalty of perjury).

Wish I had an answer for you.  It's a hard situation to be sure.  My heart goes out to you and I pray that this situation is resolved soon; it's got to be nerve wracking and stressful for you.

File counternotice.  Force her to show her hand.  If she got it illegally, they may pull it.

I did file a counter claim, but VERO & Ebay continues to take down my auctions.  My sales are totally destroyed, because some of my listings had bids on them.
