A lot of Non paying bidders

Lately , I have people sitting there popping bids . Then they  dont pay , they dont anwer emails, when I write to them to see if there is a problem.  They don't pay when I file a non payment. Ebay states bidding is a binding contract when winner an auction.  People aren't complying and dont care. Its the sellers that suffer trying to collect money and being inconvience. listing takes time and ebay sure collects their fees fast.  It's crazythat we cannot leave negative feedback for these people too.  What punishment do these people actually receive, they just move on and do it again o another seller.. Getting so disgusted with ebay!

You can set up your preferences so that buyers with 2 or more unpaid item strikes in the past year will not be able to bid or buy from you. Or, instead of running auctions you can do fixed price listings with immediate payment required. You may have to use the advanced listing form to do that.

It is frustrating when people don't pay but those are a couple of ways that you can minimize that amount of times when this happens.

Ecommerce allows returns. People are used to changing their minds and taking things back to the store. This is no different. They comparison shop after they purchase and Ebay actually encourages this by hiding some items in the search results and only showing better prices after the buyer has purchased.

Running fixed price listings with immediate payment required will cut down this issue but you will still have people asking to return and asking to cancel.

does no good turning them in or blocking them. They will just buy under a different account if Ebay every does something to them.
