A BUYER WANT TO CHANGE HIS NEGATIVE FEEDBACK BUT HAS ERRORS, Ebay is Not helping the Buyer at all

A buyer that purchased an item claims after 43 days that the item does not work properly i asked him how can i help ... however his response was a negative feedback. I asked eBAY to remove it because was out of my 30 days policy and the reason for negative feedback was not accurate but Ebay said that the feedback it does not violate ebay policy. Then i asked the buyer to change it. Buyer was agree to do it after i send him the Request for 10 day he had errors to change the feedback .i also Refund the buyer after 55 days .Since than for 3-4  months Me and my buyer called ebay almost every day and after many resolution that show 'the feedback will be removed'' The negative feedback is still there. I am very disappointed how  ebay specialists handle my case and don't help me at all even when my buyer wants to remove the negative feedback. So basically ebay is breaking their policy.

Was your follow-up showing when you sent him the revision?  That may be why he had "errors" and couldn't submit it.  Due to the age of the feedback, I doubt anything can be done now.  It doesn't count against your selling metrics anyway, but follow-ups are really important for potential future buyers.
