ok so a buyer from New Zeland Made me a offer, i said "i dont ship international" but he offerend more to cover the shipping cost, so i said "OK". in the past all i would have to do is go to that 1 item ,hit revise item and choose the box that says accept international shipping and the buyer would be able to pay for the item end of sotry , (right now they cant pay for it , it wont accept payment from someone international if you selscted domestic shipping only) and the box /option they had when making the listing or revising it is gone, ebay did have me cancel the order and try to figure out how to relist this 1 item with international shipping BUT could not (remember something in the past that i could do by pressing 1 button now ebay could not do THE GUY THAT HELPED ME WAS REAL NICE THO HE TRIED AND TRIED so after trying options i guess the buyer gave up and ebay said they couldnt do it "its a bug in the system" and they have to put a tech report in..moral of the story the buyer is no longer responding to my emails and it looks like im out a $500 sale and ebay is out of thier commission ..so im not a happy camper right now lol watch out for this scenerio folk P.S you maybe able to send a revised invoice with international shipping selected but i couldnt test the theory yet because the buyer got tired of all the problems and isnt respoding now...SO another problem ebay sent me a message to give feedback on this call WHAT should i put? THE Guy on the line was great! and tried butn in the end EBAY failed me and themselves and costed me a big sale (probably) so if i say it was a 1 star does that reflect on the operator helping me? because he was good but what use to be no problem now was a big hassel and wast of time with me not having my problem fixed and probasbly losing this $500 sale.im just ranting now lol

@riricc3 Like a bid on an Auction Listing a Best Offer tendered blocks the ability to change most of the items on a Listing. Sadly, Sellers don't have the flexibility to structure their own deals like yours even though its YOUR item and YOUR customer and eBay stands to benefit when YOU sell something.
Sorry you missed the $ 500 sale ...

Yeah I know thanks for your reply sometimes I feel like it's not my store and I'm not in charge really, 1 I could of solved the problem by yes bypassing ebay and just using paypal but I like to obey the laws I dont mind giving what's due but come on this should of been a simple problem or no problem at all .If that option was still there I could of revised it myself in a second anyway customer service was great even tho my problem wasn't solved lol I'm.Just on a rant I foo appreciate ebay.

PROBLEM SOLVED KINDA !! you can have them wait and you send a revised invoice where it does let you change the shipping but you have to send the invoice and know thats what you have to do ..most peope dumb like me lol look to revise the listing and you cant do it that way anymore , why? I do not know why it was taken away ..but the answer is to somehow get them a revised invoices

they took away that option when your listing or revising the item BUT you can depending on how your selling get them to make a offer, you accept it and have them wait to pay till you send them a revised invoice on the invoice options you can change it to international..its a matter of knowing that option is there , which i didnt lol PROBLEM SOLVED

Another thing that can be done is to decline the offer, explain it to the buyer.......and then go in and make the changes you want......and tell the buyer to make a new offer which you will accept........
