What do you do when a you have a buyer refuse to pay or cancel an order with no reason? 3 out of my last four selling experiences have resulted in that. Back in the day you could limit or block buyers with negative ratings. Seems like there is very little protection for sellers anymore. If I can't figure this out I'm done posting on here and will have to look to one of the many other sites that have popped up.

In your seller preferences you can set up where buyers with X amount of 'unpaid strikes' in X time, will not be allowed to purchase from you.
Best to list with Buy It Now, Immediate Payment Required and you never have to deal with non payment again.
You now know what people are willing to pay.

you shoud not be tryig to get a buyer to cancel an order
you can follow thru with a non paying buyer after 4-5 days but not before that
ebay has cut back on the number of steps to cancel an order due to non payment
some ebayers suggest using immediate payment but thats not for me.
you can go to your prferences and block buyer who have payment issues
it definitely stops them after 2 if you have your block in place

You can still block buyers for any reason or for no reason at all.
But the reason cannot be because of "negative ratings since buyers haven't been allowed to leave negative feedback for about 10 years now.
And are you not having eBay open unpaid cases for you if you've not been paid in five days?
Finally, you are, of course, free to move to another selling site if eBay isn't working well for you.
