Somehow with the category changes I was charged 250 DOLLARS in "optional listing upgrade fees" for things I listed JUST YESTERDAY. I don't know what's going on, but I can't afford ebay glitches like this. I list mostly in the postcards category which was rehauled yesterday. I don't remember reading anything about fees changing, and at this rate I assume there has to be a mistake. But I can't afford spending hundreds of dollars a day on an ebay glitch.

I NEED THESE CHARGES REVERSED AND THE PROBLEM FIXED!

Maybe instead of constantly rolling out new features someone at ebay could read these forums and fix the problems that are constantly pointed out first?
I don't care if the paint job is new if the mechanics are broken.

I find it VERY discouraging that the number of "technical issues" with eBay seem to be happening with more frequency. I am assuming eBay contracts out for it's technical support like they do for everything else I am just wondering if they switched contractors the way they switched from PayPal to Adyen. When I was converted to MP there was a reason I opened a separate bank account and keep a minimal amount of funds in it. One major disaster and the bank account could be drained which, if it was also my primary account, could present a LOT of financial issues. Paying bills being on the top of the list.

eBay has a fiduciary duty to act within the laws of the USA governing Publicly Traded Companies. They cannot just willy nilly charge people and take it out of their accounts. This new roll out was poorly planned and should not have been done at this time of the year. Way to many issues that people are reporting which implies poor testing before going live with their new vision on what you must have to sell.
