24 Hours and listing still isn't posted

item number: 394265698413 - I got an email once I hit list that the item was listed. I know it can take 24 hours to index but I am right at that now. This is an item that should get a ton of views quickly but I only have 7 views and 1 watcher. I thought that was weird so I did a search for the item on eBay and it is no where to be found. I even asked a friend to look up my profile and see if it showed up under my items for sale and it does not. Is there something I am missing on why it isn't posted?

That listing just hasn't indexed yet. It's been active for 20.5 hours, when I checked it just now. Just leave it alone, don't revise it, and it should be indexed soon.

The high price point may have something to do with the long indexing time. I don't know if the M-Mature rating has anything to do with it.
