Does anyone have readily available -- or can direct me to -- a list of the 2018 USPS charges/increase?

Yeah it also rubs me the wrong way because for so many years eBay refused to pass on the ComPlus pricing for FCP, and now we have it finally (no thanks to eBay) USPS keeps yanking it upwards.

I won't use Fedex or especially UPS unless I have absolutely no other choice.

When the item is light enough to ship via First Class, that's how it will go. UPS is not a good fit for most of my items so it's not even a consideration. I wouldn't bother to sell items under $12 if they had to ship UPS (or FedEx). A 16% increase for some FC weights is pretty high.

If 13 cents bugs you, be glad you are not shipping using UPS. It now costs me

$11.87 to ship a 1 pound box to me (even if the box is 6oz).

Wait 'til you see FedEx prices for 2018 - approx 25% increase on some packages shipping at dimensional weights over last years rates. And SmartPost using dimensional weight starting 1/22/18 may be a deal breaker

ie: 4 lb 16x13x12 box I shipped from Calif to New York in late 2017 for $10.64 via SmartPost, starting in a couple of weeks, will ship at an 18 lb dimensional weight and cost approx $20-$30 depending on what eBay does with the discounts. (that pretty much means that low $ item and others like it may no longer be sellable at all)

That measly 16% increase isn't looking so bad now is it?

Are the FCPS Retail rates remaining the same as published in September 3, 2017? Right now the retail rates range from $3.00 for 1-4 oz. to $4.53 for 13 oz.
