I just saw in my seller hub and offer for 200 free listings, fixed and/or auctions through April. I got in on all my non store ID's. It says "in addition to the 50 free" Just an fyi

I activated the offer, and now all my automatically relisted items are being taken from that 200. Is this a glitch, or did I miss something in the smallprint?

Great idea!!! We should have a choice between online coupons for Pizza Hut or DiJorno. I want rising crust supreme, if they only offer one topping, they can keep it!!!!

Where would they come from?

When they are in addition to the regular 50 that is how it is always done. They come out of the promo.

I currently have 99% of my listings set to zero quantity with the OOS option, but activated this promo to cover the auto GTC relists to be sure not to get any listing fees.

It's happening to me, as well. I fired off an email to support but, of course, Covid...so any response time is longer. It was quite the shocker to have listed five then look to see that 25 of the 200 were gone. I'm hoping it's a glitch...and it will be Covid's fault. If I hear anything, I'll post back.

What's the difference? You're getting 250 in total so who cares which promo the GTC rollovers are coming off of - the 50 or the 200? I guess I'm missing why it matters ...

Fixed price would do that, but auctions never have.

Auction items get the 8 free relists then go to the unsold folder. They never come off the promo. Well, not until today.

fyi: just accepted that offer before realizing I had not used up my 50 monthly freebies = mistake! I tried to call CS but calls are not being taken; emailed instead to ask if the promo could be halted for a day (today is the last day of the month) and they did answer very quickly that that is not possible.

I suppose that is not my most important concern at the moment. Stay healthy!

Because those that are relisting were supposed to be relisting under the 8 Free Relists...so they should come off of neither. Auctions aren't GTC. they don't auto-relist after that 8th one, they go into the unsold folder.

Ah well that's different. If an auction qualifies for the 8 automatic free relists then you're correct, that should not be coming off of the promo.

My response was to mc-duck. No reference was made to "auction", or "fixed-price" relists in the post. (nor did your initial post)

Not everyone gets 8 "no fee" relists on "auction listings".

Your post helps to clarify what your situation is.

Do you find this bullet point of the PROMOTION DETAILS somewhat ambiguous? I don't understand what this means about the auctions having to "SELL" to be "ELIGIBLE"?

"Auction-style listings created during the Promotion Period must sell within the first listing period to be eligible for the Promotion; Fixed Price and Buy It Now listings must sell before the listing is automatically renewed."

ekmadonna, You can safely ignore that. It is wording left over from when they do FVF promos. It shouldn't be in this promo, just a typical proof reading error on ebay's part.
