I just saw in my seller hub and offer for 200 free listings, fixed and/or auctions through April. I got in on all my non store ID's. It says "in addition to the 50 free" Just an fyi

Nope. That's what I said. If you're a store and already have the 50k FP promo but you activate the 200 for auction/FP all your FP relists will come off the 200 promo before you even get a chance to do auctions with it.

And as someone else said, if you're a non store using the auction free relists then no, they should NOT be using the 200 promo.

Good luck getting anything done about it though.

That's strange since the Promotion doesn't start until midnight tonight 3/31/2020 10:00PDT. Has to be a glitch.

My offer says 03/31/20 10:00:00 PDT (I haven't activated it yet), so apparently it starts on 3/31. If it started at midnight 3/31 (as usual) it would say starts 4/1

This is what the Promo says, along with my translation from ebay's typical poor wording:
"Relists or renewals that occur outside of the Promotion Period will not qualify for the Promotion."
Translation:
"Relists or renewals that occur DURING the Promotion Period WILL qualify for the Promotion."
This is how the 50,000 free promo has been working, and I'd think this is how this one will work as well.

On the one store ID where I activated it before I thought it through, I just got the offer again, but this one starts at 3/31 17:00 PDT

I must be special: I've received the free 200 twice for each account including my store.
But it's still not as good as the November 30% off FVF for 2,147,483,647 $500+ jewelry or handbag sales. (I used exactly 0 of those. But still, it was a nice thought.)
