Hello again, friends.
I just launched 'Buy One, Get One At 20% Off'
promotions in three of my store categories.
Will the 20% be deducted from the least
expensive item?
As always, thank you!

Yes ... the offer will apply to the lowest priced item.

It looks like if they buy 1 of your dolls they get 20% off the second doll.

Thank you for the response. However, I'm still curious if the 20% will be applied to the least expensive item. The dolls are all priced ~same price, but I'm also running the promotion in DVDs & some of them are expensive. I'd like to avoid selling the first for $9.95 & taking 20% off of the second at $180.
Maybe I'll get a sale from this promotion soon & will report back with the info.
Hope you are all well.

Yes exactly what penguin states, when you run a buy one get one 20% off promotional sale, the 1st one is the most costly, then the 2nd item must match the 1st item cost or less to get the 20% off...same way in B&M stores.

Great!
I read the article, and it's there -- discount applies to lowest price.
Thank you both so much.
