What I need to Do when Item sold and Buyer Not Paid for Auctions  🙂

eBay has automated the system to cancel the order and allow you to relist, if the order hasn't been paid for after the 4th day... check your Seller Preferences to see if you have it set. (You can relist on Day 5.) If not, you can still open an Unpaid Item Case manually and relist on the 6th day. The ID will earn an Unpaid Item Strike. Good luck.

Sri Lanka read eBay unpaid item policy available in the help files and quit asking questions you can find the answers to rather easily.

If you haven’t:

1) registered as a business in your country 

2) set up a Payoneer account 

3) registered for managed payments 

4) linked all of your accounts 

it’s not that the buyer hasn’t tried to pay you, but they CAN’T pay you unless all of those steps were completed.

     I swear it's getting to the point where the US sellers on this board know more about how eBay, Payoneer and the governmental ecommerce laws in Sri Lanka work that the people that live there do.
