1099 based on gross sales (purchase price + shipping) total amount that YOU got from the customer. When you deduct your business expenses be sure to include actual amount you paid for "shipping labels".
It's the total amount that eBay processed for you: Item price plus shipping and handling. They don't deduct anything at all, such as fees, postage, refunds.
