Did you mean:

1099-K

How much do you have to make to receive a 1099-K form, and if you don´t receive one, do we need to report our earnings for taxes?

Yes if you don’t receive one you still need to report your earnings.

@cupcake0113  You can also check with your state, each state has their own 1099 threshold requirements to file.

Re: 1099-K

There is no threshold for tax evasion.

Re: 1099-K

No one is accusing you of tax evasion.

However, if one does not report even trivial income from their online sales or other forms of income, he/she IS evading taxes. Citizens have all along been required to report our online sales income at tax time - less generous deductions, of course - and the smart sellers here have been doing that for many years, even when we didn't meet the 1099-K threshold. We sleep better at night.

Cheers, Duffy
