There are 2 different types of "limits".
1) Free listings: Without a store, you are limited to 50 Listings that have no "Insertion Fee" per month (unless there is a promo).
http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/insertion-fee.html
2) Selling Limits: This is the amount that eBay will allow you to list and sell in a month and it has nothing to do with insertion fees. It is a 2-part limit of qty/$, whichever comes first. It is cumulative ... listed+sold. If you have a 100/$1000 limit, you can list 100 items with a combined value of up to $1000. If you list as auction and the sold value goes over $1000, your limit will kick in and you will not be able to list or sell anything else for that period.

You can request a selling limit increase once every 30 days AFTER you have satisfied the requirements that let eBay know that you are trustworthy (reqs in link above) ... but you will still be limited to 50 Free Insertion Fee listings per month, unless you pay for a store. Be aware, paying for a store will NOT increase your selling limits.

You seem to be conflating account limits and free listings. Account limits and free listings have nothing to do with each other.

Yes, it is possible for a seller to have free listings that he cannot use because of account limits.

When you share a link to the member to member boards ( the "experts" ) know most of us here on the "Pee Wee" Boards have no access to these links and are not allowed / Denied to even see such links. while the most "Helpful author" on this board, a "visionary" can come here and post, we can not post or even see the "expert boards" Member to Member. Just another form of discrimination from ebay on the majority of it's members. Good Luck to you.

Today is October 1st, so your monthly free fixed price listings reset to 50. So with the one you listed this morning, you have 49 left for October.

Yes, this is what happened, but when i want to list an item, a message appears to call them to increase items limit!

You already HAVE 51 listings active, so even if you have free listing insertions available you won't be able to list more unless you call and have them raise your listing limits.
It looks like those 51 listings were newly listed so you have no more free insertions ?

I called them in Sept28, they increased the limit from 10 to 50, i thought that Is 50/month.

OK ... that is your selling limit. That limit (as I explained above) is based on how many ACTIVE listings you can have at a time, plus how many items SELL in that month.
Since you already have 51 items ACTIVE, you will need to wait until some of those end to list more.
