Anyone else having this issue?
1) All of my listings have 1 day handling.
2) It is forcing me to select at least 1 day with same day handling.
3) If today is Tuesday the 1st and I select Monday by 5am as my 1 day for same day handling, all my listings show an estimated delivery date around Thur the 19th and it tells me that I have until Tuesday the 15th to ship.
4) If today is Monday the 31st and all else is the same, it tells me I have until Monday the 7th to ship and eta for deliver is showing in my listings as around Thur 10th.
Literally bankrupting me. Sales have fallen off a cliff. It seems to have started happening around the same time as the link went away that use to be able to be used to go back to Classic Shipping Platform.
Multiple calls to support are in and they are looking at it but haven't figured it out. Wondering if I tampered with a setting without knowing it and created this problem myself, or if it truly is a glitch I have to sit back and wait on to be fixed.
Any help appreciated.

Hi, are you using the Advanced Listing tool or the quick version to list?

Isn't it better to have a predicted up to 15 days for delivery and have delivery within five (business) days, than to have five days delivery and for the shipment to be delivered in five (business) days? Or six calendar days?
Wondering if I tampered with a setting without knowing it and created this problem myself,
I suspect you did.
Which Sell Your Item Form are you using?
The Simplified form has a ton of glitches and defaults.
The Advanced/Business form (look for a link in the upper right of the Simplified form) has more options and is clearer about what you get.
Have you tried hitting Revise on a problem listing and correcting the problem there?
You can do this immediately on listings, almost before the listing indexes.
You shouldn't have to, but we live in a society.
This is what I see when I use a US zipcode.
To my own postal code in Canada it shows the last day for delivery to be Dec. 20 and the cost to be $40+. Have you considered using USPS First Class International Package, which is Delivery Confirmed to Canada (and other first world destinations).

If today is Tuesday the 1st and I select Monday by 5am as my 1 day for same day handling ?????
If you have 1 day handling and today is Tuesday you must have it in the mail by midnight tomorrow.
Here's what I see in your listing. A delivery date of the 21st to my zip code. That's 14 days to deliver a USPS First Class Package that takes 1-5 business days plus the seller's handling time. So I'm thinking your handling time is 5 business days. I buy today and you must have it in the mail by the 15th (Mon is a holiday). I get it 4 business days later.
Go back and check your listings in the shipping details. Double check the handling time.

His listing is showing 1 day on my end.

I show you have the vacation mode on. Could that have anything to do with it?

I understand why the OP did that vacation message, but it might backfire.
I'm the kind of buyer that if i see that vacation message, i just move on.
I assume there are others that do the same thing.

You and I are less than a hour drive time from each other judging from your city to mine. When I look at your listings they all say Fast n Free and the expected delivery date is 11/13.
So if I purchased tonight and you have 0-1 day handling time, you would likely ship tomorrow. So the first business day is Tuesday [Monday is a holiday]. So from what I see you have a shipping service of about 2 business days. Which would make the 13th correct.
Keep in mind that the estimated delivery dates that you see when you view your own listings aren't necessarily what other buyers will see. It is driven by the zip code of the member account viewing the listing.

I'm also in Washington state like Mam (but on the other side of the state) and I also see GD Nov 13th, so hopefully they've fixed this now?
I've seen other reports of sellers having issues with outrageous delivery estimates.
I'm wondering if they're messing with GD or Business Policies again.

I ended up messing with everything for hours. When I tried opting out of ebay Guaranteed Delivery program my estimated delivery dates fell by a week. When I opted back in the fell a little further but weren't showing "fast and free". When I opted out again it showed Fast n Free but removed my 2nd option of Priority shipping for non free shipping. When I re edited all listings to re include the priority shipping option and then re enrolled in Guaranteed Delivery it finally went to what it should be. I also had to change my handling time to same day during all of this.
And no, I did not have 5 day handling or any other errors as some have suggested. Spent several hours over 4 days on the phone with multiple reps combing through my settings. It all started this last Monday when a rep told me to uncheck all options for same day handling. Basically there's some kind of bug between the GD program, having 1 day handling, but only having 1 day checked in the same day option menu. Even though the same day option settings shouldn't do anything if you are using 1 day handling, if you don't have them all checked it wants to add a week to 2 weeks to the estimated delivery date depending on what single day you have selected in the same day menu and what day of the week the order is placed on.
Basically, a total **bleep**. Probably rolled out with the shipping update but buried in settings that don't get tweaked with much and not something many would notice without looking at your own listings from a buyers pov.

Look at the delivery date though. The 21st? Order shipped on Friday should be there by Tuesday. Wed at the latest. The 21st is over a week longer than reality.
I fixed it though. Had to unenroll and re enroll in the Guarenteed Delivery program about half a dozen times. I explained in more detail in another post if interested.

I had checked multiple times, as did multiple ebay reps over the last 4 days. All was showing as it should be. But after I unenrolled and re enrolled from the Gaurenteed Delivery program about half a dozen times (each time getting a different result that was closer to normal) I eventually got it to settle down where it should be.
More details in previous reply here if interested. I had to make minor changes each time I enrolled or unenrolled.
