0 selling limit, cant list first item

Hi, im attempting to list first item on my account. I verified my bank account already. i am able to list 0 items and when i try to get a increase, it says i need to sell more first. not really sure what to do. ive done all obvious things that i can do but seems like no way to start selling.

Has eBay given you the go ahead to list?  For example, Did you get eBay email confirmation of banking details?   It is possible not everything has been finalized on eBay's end and therefore, eBay has not yet given you the green light to proceed.

yeah i got message from ebay saying my bank was verified, not sure where to go from here

The run around stuff eBay has implemented makes it so hard for a new seller to sell a dang shirt and contacting them these days is so buried.  Feel for legitimate new sellers.

Only option is contacting them via phone.  Which has been so hard lately.

I tried starting a new account.  Immediately eBay took down my listing for no reason.  I don't understand it.

Not sure what the phone number is, they keep it well hidden.

have you tried contacting eBay through their Facebook page or via the chatline...I have had success with both those methods

I Accidently made my account a buisness account, while trying to fudge my way to be able to list, now its making me do my bank verification again even tho i have it saved under payments. Thanks for trying to help guys but ebay is not user friendly at all. on the "how to" page it says there will be a banner to help direct people but no such clue for me, NOTHING AT ALL TO DIRECT ME TO MY NEXT STEP. I have been waiting months and trying over and over. Im gonna close my account and see if their is another site to sell on before starting over from scratch on here.

It wont let me back track making my account a buisness account, i thought thats what i had to do but im not a buisness, im just a guy trying to sell a few things for extra cash.  when i try to list it says"you currently exceded your limit" then i look at my limit and it says 0. I apply for a limit increase and it says "you need to sell more items first" im not dumb or anything, ive used computers all my life and have never had to deal with something annoying as this. If there was something preventing me from advancing, how come i have 0 emails or red banners telling me what i need to do to procede?

I will try calling them, Im already frustrated so im gonna wait till im calm first which is hard cuz everytime i think about this situation i get upset

I would contact eBay to see if they can tell you why you don't have quantity or $$$ selling amounts in your seller account.
