Before all of this, I was actually making decent sales up until maybe 2 month ago. When I was "reported" for selling an item that was deemed counterfeit ( that same item was sold/is being sold by a couple of other sellers with no problems for them ). After the penalty time passed because of this, I checked my items for sale and it says zero/0. I have called ebay at least 4 times and sometimes they say that I have to wait for my listings to renew or that they are going to pass my claim to the IT department so that the issue gets resolved. But so far it just seems that it gets ignored, because it does not gets solved. Also I've searched some of my listings on ebay's home page search results and they just don't appear.
How can I make any sales if my items for sale cannot be seen and my listings are not appearing in the search results for me or others to see??
