Hello dear forum users.
Please help me make the right choice.
A buyer from US wants to buy a lot of small various car parts from me. I will be shipping from outside the US. There are 30 names in total. There are several in each position. These are all parts for one car. These are hoses, handles, clips, seals, wires, emblems, lights, moldings, covers.... I don't want to make 30 different lots. And the Buyer also does not want to order everything separately, and spend time on it.
The questions:
1.It is allowed to make one lot out of all this with the name "CAR SPARE PARTS". Amount above $500.
When i will send a parcel, i will put a "order receipt" in the parcel, which can be printed out on the ebay.
2. Will there be any problems at the post office in America?
3. Will there be any problems at the customs in America, since in the documents "order receipt" from ebay will be a small photo of parts. And there will be no description of what is in the package on this document.
Help make the right choice that does not violate the laws of customs, postal service and eBay rules.
Or suggest a better solution to this problem. Thanks in advance for your help.

You can create a special listing for the buyer. Make sure you delete any single listing that will be included in this listing. You don't want someone to buy something you have already sold. Include everything in the listing and use "30 car parts" for the title. You can include all the parts in the description.
What I do when I create a special listing is to set the "Buy It Now" price very high so that no one will buy it and then ask the buyer to make an offer on the agreed amount and accept it. Send the buyer the link you create.
What are the custom forms you Post Office gives for sending packages to America? You have to fill that form. You can put car parts in the description and put the price on it. I get packages from all over the world with parts and with no problem.

Your problem is buyers can't return items to Ukraine as FAA has banned flights to Ukraine. Therefore a buyer could end up with all those auto parts free. You could end up having to refund and let them keep the parts. Do you really want that to happen? A dishonest buyer could take advantage of you.

Thanks for the tip. Yes, the sky is closed in our country. But I can receive parcels from the United States to Ukraine, just like I can send parcels from Ukraine to the United States. I checked this with my post office. Parcels are delivered by land transport through transit neighboring states.
Do you have other information?
I did not receive an answer on the subject of the topic.

If it's one order, put it in a box and ship it.
On the customs form, list what is in the box.

As fab_finds4u mentioned there may be some logistical issues. According to your postings you are in Uzhgorod, Ukraine which appears to be in the very western part of the Ukraine. While those of us in the U.S. can monitor the war situation we can only see what is posted in the news and we are not on the ground.
I believe some Ukrainian sellers have relocated to neighboring countries or are shipping out of neighboring countries. You would be more familiar with any of the logistical issues than most of us.
As far as potential issues first check your buyer feedback and profile to make sure this is not some potential scammer trying to steal your parts. When it comes to potential shipping issues if you are able to ship the item(s) out of your country or a neighboring country without any issues and it arrives in the U.S. there should not be any problem with the delivery in the U.S. as long as the delivery address is valid. Depending on the size and weight of the parts it may be better to divide the parts into two packages rather than putting everything in one.
With regards to customs the following site will provide you with some information on shipping items into the U.S. and how the customs process works, what form you need and how they interact with the U.S. carriers. The forms you will need to complete and attach to the shipment can be found online.

customs form, do you mean CN22 CN23?
If so, then when sending, I can write no more than 15 characters. I can't write a detailed parts list. Can I just write "CAR SPARE PARTS"?

Yes, or new car parts.
