When I call I get script readers with accents. Due to a military background I can ask basic questions in the three languages mentioned and Bob, Susan or Ahmed will slip and answer back in their native dialect. Customer service NEVER has an answer, NEVER resolves an issue and NEVER has a supervisor with any decision making authority in the building. So which language is preferred for Grammatically Correct, English Speaking, Nebraska Accented, American Customers to get the CSR to understand their issue? Any ideas?
