I sent the product on time, the photo of the receipt was sent to the buyer. It took 3-4 business days from dispatch, and they wrote me a negative review. I can't know when the product will be delivered

@avro_27 That first negative always stings a bit, but really won't affect you as much as you may fear. People aren't paying as much attention to feedback as they used to. That's why so few bother to leave any comments anymore. Try to not spend more time thinking about it. Concentrate on selling your items and it will quickly move to your second page, where it won't be as noticeable. Try to stay positive. Best of luck to you....

I got a negative feedback and buyer wanted to change it to positive but the timing ran out for him to do it.

It hurts for the first time but I got over it. Buyers buy from sellers still who have so many feedbacks I decided to just block the buyer and move on. I still remember the times customers didn't tip me and wondered what I did wrong. I decided not to let it bother me anymore. No worth it to lose sleep over it anymore.

@avro_27

As @lamber9347  just said "Try to not spend more time thinking about it. Concentrate on selling your items...". Your reply was reasonable and calmly stated. I might have started off stating dates are estimated delivery dates provided by eBay.

If I was a concerned buyer looking at your feedback, I would read the negative and think "Why is the buyer complaining? Delivery time was reasonable."

If buyer made a statement that you think other buyers might read and think poorly of you, you respond factually in the feedback reply to what happened in the transaction and in this case a situation that was not due to your mistake or incompetence.

It's a neg, it happens.

That said, the buyer looks to be the unreasonable one.  Shipped on the 28, just before a major holiday weekend.  And truthfully, the post office has slowed down, a couple days when it happens and it's been happening more frequently.

So many people are used to instacart, doordash and amzn prime.  Not realizing with the instant gratification, comes a hefty price tag.

We all know it hurts, when you've done your best, but really, truly, it doesn't count for much in the long run.
