its better to add to some shipping rate table to under price display selecting relevant country of buyer . it will easy  to find out a correct shipping cost for buyers .

Okay, sounds like a complicated task to me. I don't think you'll need to worry about it long though as being registered in Sri Lanka, you can't legally receive payments through PayPal, I don't think you'll be selling here much longer.
