What problems are you having? New and returning sellers are subject to up to 30 day holds on payouts. Have you updated your bank information for Managed Pay?

These are user boards, other buyers and sellers, we cannot see what issues you are having, so without more information from you, we would not be able to offer suggestions.

Welcome back.   You NOW have to SIGN UP for MANAGED PAYMENTS.  You will need a bank account. You will need to give Ebay your social security number.  This part is the law now for ALL sites in the USA that are selling platforms.  Ebay will have to verify your bank account.  That means that once you give Ebay your bank account number, they will send 2 tiny payments to the account.  Each will be a few cents only.  You will then tell ebay that the amount of EACH payment.  This will prove to ebay that you have a valid bank account number.  Ebay will take back their few cents.   Then you are set to go.

Keep in mind that Ebay can hold your money for up to 30 days to make sure that you are not a scammer.  You can always print the shipping label in Ebay shipping and ebay will release the exact amount of the shipping label.

Goodluck.  Take clear photos.  Make sure that you have a measuring tape and a postal scale. There are a few postal surcharges that are now added if a box is more than 22 inches and a higher one if 30 inches or more.  So get to know the new postal rates so that you do not lose money on the bigger fees.

Make sure that you are aware of the  ebay fees.  You should spend an hour or so reading the many posts here under Selling and Shipping to help you learn more about today's Ebay.

Finally,  if you come back here, nobody here wants to hear that you don't want to give the social security number.  It's safe.  WE have all done it.  Virtually everyone here is also a successful ebay seller.  If they weren't, they would not be hanging around here answering questions.
