I have tried 5 different browser.
Firefox and chrome for windows, firefox, chrome, and the native browser of my phone ( android ).
But none worked!
The support keeps saying that i should i update your flash and allow unauthorized scripts ( wich i have no idea where to find that ).
So i got a flash browser specifically for EPN, but still didn't work!!

Ok. I think I get it now.
Those promote buttons and the little link images on the individual item images are supposed to copy the promotion campaign URLs to the clipboard (for pasting in social media posts or whatever to earn swag and loot?)
It doesn't work in Firefox 3.6.24 (not a surprise), Opera 36 (maybe not a surprise), Firefox 31 (maybe expected), or Firefox 52 (not expected at all).
Have you checked your clipboard contents to see if it actually is working for you? (Click the button, open a new tab, and paste the clipboard contents in the address bar to check if it really did work).
I don't see any good workaround either. I can see the targets you would need by viewing the page in Firebug and can see what needs to be presented, but see no easy way to kludge around it.
I could make a simple bookmarklet that would surface a single link as a pop up alert when the bookmarklet is clicked - the content of the alert could then be copied to the clipboard - but as there are dozens of links there, that doesn't work and not realistic to code a full JavaScript replacement for what I assume is broken eBay button handler code as a bookmarklet. Besides that getting into territory beyond my skilz, getting content onto the clipboard via add on JavaScript is a difficult or near impossible task, once again beyond my skill level.
I *think* I could create a bookmarklet that could grab ALL the campaign links from the page for visible buttons and visible items, and dump them as a list on a blank new tab in the browser, but that would be a list with few or no references to what item or button they refer - they would be in top to bottom order, and pretty obvious from the text in the URL, but not sure if that would be enough, or if the whole approach would be helpful at all.
*MIGHT* be possible to create a bookmarklet that when clicked once on the page would append a visible, clickable version of the campaign URLS to each object (each button, each thumbnail, etc), that could be right clicked and that link copied to the clipboard, but although obtaining the array of URLS is fairly trivial, attaching them to the objects in a way that leaves the page readable is not trivial. But might be doable.
[While finishing up this post and ruminating on the problem it occurred to me that a bookmarklet could be created that modified all those buttons and link icons in such a way that they become clickable links which could be copied to the clipboard with a right click/copy link location sequence. You wouldn't click the buttons or the link icons any more - instead, you would click the bookmarklet once the page loads, it would modify the buttons and links, and then perform a right click/save link location any on any buttons or icons for things you want to promote.]
Let's get some input from a good, methodical tester who is running current versions of Firefox and some other browsers.
@eburtonlab can you take a look at that link that OP posted and see if any of the "Promote event" buttons of the link icons copy long campaign URLs to your clipboard when clicked?
For example, if I understand what is supposed to happen correctly, when the "Promote Event" button above the "Today's Deals" filmstrip gallery is clicked it should copy a long URL to promote a campaign for that to the clipboard that looks like this:
http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?icep_id=114&ipn=icep&toolid=11300
&campid=5338470651&customid=&mpre=http%3A%2F%2Fdeals.ebay.com
If I am not totally missing the boat on what is supposed to be happening here, and eburtonlab confirms the failure, I think it would be time to call in eBay as it would then be a bonafied bug.

My decidedly non-methodical test of plugging that link into Firefox and Edge and clicking on the "Promote Event" did not seem to have any results that I could detect. Nothing in my clipboard.
But I have only vaguest idea about how sales-side stuff works. I don't know if you saw it, but because I have never used the Promotions and Sales Portal, I got a little "Welcome to EPN" box at the top of the page with a link to a popup. I couldn't reproduce the link, so here is the text appended below:
Welcome to the ePN Promotions and Sales Portal. We have designed this portal to help partners find the best promotions, events and deals across eBay. Here are some quick FAQs to help you begin using the portal:
What is a "promotion"?
A promotion is a time-based collection focused on a theme, often at a discounted price. Promotions are expertly curated by eBay and updated throughout the day. Some examples of promotions are Daily Deals, Fashion Designer Collective events, or weekly electronics deals.
How do I use the Promotions Portal?
Using the portal is simple. You can search for different types of promotions by site, site category or a themed group. If you want to generate an affiliate link to the main event page, simply select "Promote Event". To link to individual items, click on the link icon to create a tracking link directly to the item.
How do Promotion links work?
All tracking links are set up to use a default campaign ID. This is displayed at the top of the page in the Link Settings box, and can be edited at any time. When you copy links, the campaign ID you select will be used to automatically track to your account using that campaign. If you use optional custom IDs for tracking, you can also edit link settings and enter these manually.
What eBay sites are supported?
We currently have promotions for the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain sites.
What languages are supported?
The tool is available in English, German, French, Italian, and Spain. Items will be listed in the language that the seller has chosen, and some content will only be available in the default language for a site.
Have a suggestion?

Thanks for the tag @berserkerplanet!
Hi @sparkel_z - I don't have expertise when it comes to EPN, but there's a group here that does! Check them out here.
Folks from the EPN respond directly there and can help you out. Thanks!
