I'm not sure why File Exchange thinks you are creating a variation listing. Are there more lines that what you posted?

Nonetheless, the card category has more item specifics that are required in order to list. Download the File Exchange item specifics template for your category (I believe the basketball card category is 214).

Because the data is all run together in you post, I can't tell what is going on with Category, Quantity, and price, but something there is not right.
