printer issues

When I print shipping labels account, it only prints on one side of the adhesive label. I want it to print all the instructions, tracking and online record stuff.

I haven't shipped for a while but I think there is a link on the Buy Label page that allows you to set up your printing preferences, and printing that info is one of the options.
