notifications

I have 2 items showing offers. but I click on it and it says offer expired.. why no notifictaion s..how do I fix this..and reach out to buyers making the offer..to say yes/no???

Maybe you clicked on the notifications and missed it. As well, sometimes the notification bell doesn't work. At least as far as sales. I don't rely on it. 

Offers last 48 hours to the best of my knowledge.

The seller will not know who an offer was sent to. You could try to message the seller through the item and eBay asking a question. They may or may not respond.

As the seller I don't think you can.

If your buyers offers came through to your messages you can contact your buyers from there.

Check your notifications settings for you Ebay account. I get notifications by email of offers made to me, both as a seller and a buyer. Perhaps that setting is turned off for you.

Thank you. So many learning  curves.

Can you answer this:

If I mailed  and did used their label.how long does it take to verify funds.. as USPS tracking says delivered?

Tick on the Offer History. These may have been offers you sent to prospective buyers which weren't accepted.
