newest ebay listing format, for bulk editor

[amazingly_eclectic_selections]

does anyone have a tip on how to get description to show in the new version of bulk editor (non-store). i have selected that it show when doing bulk editing but when i click to edit, it doesn't show the current description.

you can see from the images below from 2 listing examples, no description is showing. i clicked on multiple but none with show, even after i click html, which is my preferred method.

please advise.

I tried it with a couple of listings and the description correctly appears, and I can switch to HTML view as well.  But I don't have any auctions to test.

Are you editing fixed price or auctions?

(p.s. I think I see some duplicate listings that you may want to end if you don't have multiples)

while i appreciate you showing the screenshot of editing descriptions in the new bulk editor working for you, you haven't provided anything to test to try and fix it on my end.

i will try to switch browsers as a last resort.

there are no duplicates. (thanks for mentioning it in case)

i just tried again but only with BIN listings just in case having auctions and BIN is messing it up.

gotta figure this out to significantly decrease the amount of effort and time and significantly increase accuracy and customer satisfaction from thorough, complete and accurate descriptions but with the diversity of my listings cannot be carte blanche.

i don't have a store. sometimes this makes a difference as to what features are available and/or function.

switched to chrome from ff in windows 10 and that fixed it. hope ff will support the new bulk editor in the future.

My screenshots are using Firefox on Win10 and I don't have a store. If changing to another browser made the difference for you, then there may be some addon to your FF browser that either interferes or blocks eBay scripts. Turn off all addons to test whether content will then appear in the editing boxes.

it is now working in firefox as of 5-30-22 but has been working for a week or two prior to today, since i noticed, may have been a week or two sooner before i checked again.
