need help with Google Chrome eBay extension

I have the ebay google chrome extension installed but I can't get any of the notifications to pop up while I am browsing the web.  I have all the settings set correctly but can't get any notifications to appear.  Any help?

I can't even get the extension on my galaxy note 4..I haven't tried any other devices but I'm wondering if u can help me get this on mobile? Anybody?

I can get to the point where it shows the blue box saying "get extension" or something like that but it doesn't do anything when I click it?! Anybody know what I'm doing wrong?
