monthly seller statements

have not received my monthly statement for December 2024

I have mine.. Did you look in your Payments tab in your seller hub? its under Payments Reports and Taxes towards the bottom of the page.  I didn't get a notification about it. They are iffy.

Hi @44corky - check @ebooksdiva post above and come back if you still have a problem. There were email issues with eBay a week or two ago and a lot of notifications never made it to sellers and buyers. Chances are you did receive your monthly statement, you just didn't receive the email alert.

Thank You!  First time in 3 years that I didn't get an email from eBay on the first day after the last day of the month with my statement info.  So today I tried in vain to find the page that you just directed me to.  I appreciate you taking the time to help me.  now I know how to access my info if eBay continues to be iffy.
