loading my CSV catalog does not work

   hello I downloaded a template to add products from CSV file,

   so I filled this CSV file with the same information from the tutorials I watch on YouTube

  then I saved it as CSV

  then I loaded it into My eBay but at this point I get an error message from eBay:

  “Not all data could be loaded.

  We created a report showing what succeeded and what failed.  Check the results.”

  in the error report there is:

  Status

  ErrorCode

  ErrorMessage

  Failure

  BAF.Error.5

  Unable to find Task Action Id for task add

  Could you explain to me the different reasons why there could be an error message at this stage?

once again thank you very much for all your very detailed answers, I finally managed to tame these csv

   also then what eBay corrects me it gives me false information which does not correct anything at all

 When one error is fixed, the next one is shown.  They are fixed one at a time.

  me, yes I will show you that but as I told you previously there are two things that confuse me about this to begin with which is that when I load my CSV file eBay generates an error report and when I correct  its errors then eBay generates another error report for me with new errors

  a new error report with new errors totally different from the first ones since I corrected the first ones

  and then what I don't understand is that there is no indication to guide me to correct its errors

Ship: When you fix the first set of errors, each error report will show the next errors until all the errors are fixed. If the error report is confusing, you can ask here on the forum.

Ship: Yes, you can choose all of those categories for one spreadsheet. Some categories share exactly the same Item Specifics with other categories. If they share the same item specifics, you only need to select one category. In your spreadsheet, you would still set the category numbers.

Ship: eBay can make a template with only 5 categories. You can have more than 5 categories in your upload CSV. Jewelry and kitchen and music can be in the same spreadsheet. You will see that the basic columns are the same for every category. The biggest difference is the item specifics. If you put too many categories in the same spreadsheet, you may have "C: item specifics" columns that are confusing to you. So it is best to put similar items in the same spreadsheet because they will have similar item specifics.

Ship: eBay does not allow adding words that are not directly about the item. Excess words are called "keyword spamming." Use the best words that describe the item. 80 characters are allowed in the title.  For this item, you could say something like: 

"pewter-toned Stud Earrings with antique rope square hoop design"

If your item is not getting any views, you may need to pay Bay to promote it higher in search. Or, you may need to look at Photo, Price, and Title in search, or offer free shipping.

If you get views, but no buyers, you may need to improve the Item Specifics and description.

Look at similar listings that have already sold. Those are the best listings to emulate. 

If you are a new seller, it will take some time to get some selling history. eBay may limit your selling activity until you build that reputation. Review eBay's selling limits and payment holds:

eBay's CSV upload to Seller Hub is based on eBay's older File Exchange.

The 2015 File Exchange Manual for France is here:

The manual is old, but most of it is still usable.

File Exchange uses headings that are made into one word, like "StartPrice".

Seller Hub CSV headings use separate words like "Start price".

The Seller Hub uploader will accept both (at least for now).

Thus, you can find most of the basic data formats in that 2015 manual.

The Seller Hub category templates all start out the same until the "Item Specifics" are added.

To create a variation listing, only the master (parent) row will have "Add" in the Action column.

The Action must be empty for the variation (child) rows.

The first Excel example contains errors. (Rouge-S, Rouge-M, and Bleu-S belong in the SKU column). The other Excel examples look okay.

To make a variation, the master (parent) row must have all of the listing information. Except: Quantity, Start price, and P:EAN/P:UPC  must be empty - no data in the master row.

The child rows contain the variations, and that is where you must include Quantity and Start price. If you want, you can also include UPC, SKU, and Item photo URL

Pay close attention to how the Relationship details are constructed in each row.

Also pay attention to how the variation photos are linked if photos are provided.

In your spreadsheet, Location values are invalid. Rename that column as PostalCode. Then you will know what belongs there. If you want to keep track of inventory, use the Custom label (SKU) field.

The Category ID is missing from your spreadsheet. Only the master row will have a Category ID.

Once the correction is made then I load this new corrected file still in the report tab

But the problem is that eBay generates a new error report for me with completely different errors.

And I was wondering why eBay doesn't generate a first report for me with all the errors to correct rather than constantly generating new error reports for me.

Here are some error reports that eBay has generated for me, each time I correct my CSV files according to the reports that eBay generates for me but as soon as I correct my files according to eBay's criteria then eBay generates a new error report for me. error as I told you previously

But in a PDF I read that the warnings are not decisive, that doesn't prevent my listings from being published, does it?

What prevents my listings from being distributed are errors?

Sometimes warnings pass and sometimes warnings stop the upload.  I don't know the criteria.

This warning is only advisory and should not prevent listing. New sellers will have payment holds. You may someday encounter a listing limit. Listing limits could stop the upload.

You can use the names or the numbers in the spreadsheet under "Shipping profile name", "Return profile name", and "Payment profile name". If using names, be sure they match exactly. Then delete the data in columns AE - AQ. The warning is letting you know that adding data in columns AE - AQ could write new "conditions of sale" (business policies) in Seller Hub.

I believe the messages are saying that eBay has created a new "conditions of sale" for the data you uploaded. I am guessing that the numbers at the end are the new policies that were created. The numbers are too long for error numbers.

I don't have an answer. The messages are not related to variations. The messages are about  to your account settings for "conditions of sale".
