list it now button locks up

OK I have had ths problem for months sometime I can list 1, 2 maybe 6 items then it starts locking me out?  Tech support told me to try different browsers and incognito, but nothing worked! Now they tell me to download the app on my laptop but cant cause I am running in S mode? 

why is this happening and what is the fix?  Msg bds show lots of us having same issue for years now?

Lots of people having this issue.....been going on for over 2 weeks now for me. It is when I edit the "item title" where the issue is. I can change anything else and it will list or save for later just fine. Ebay rep are of zero use on this...talked to 5 of them now. Are you using Windows 10? I have a suspicion....

I have sent several screen shots to ebay tech support and still not getting any help. Do you know if there is a nimber i can call?  Are you still having issues? Thanks
