how to use File Exchange to uplaod articles, does not seem to work at all?

Is there any way to actually use Ebay File Exchange with CSV-Files to add articles? i worked though the official 150 page guide for that plus the extra guide with tipps for it only to receive errors that the required fields 'Product:Brand' and 'Product:MPN' are blank, no matter what i insert - allthough the manual explicitly tells me that valid values for those fields are defined by the user. can anybody explain this to me?

error code 21919303, twice

I see that you are in Germany.  I assume you are uploading to File Exchange on the German platform. I believe that 'Product:Brand' and 'Product:MPN' are best associated with items in eBay's catalog.

If you pull in a category-specific template from File Exchange, you may see 'C:Brand' and 'C:MPN' (*C:Marke *C:Herstellernummer), and can use those instead. You may be required to include a field for 'Product:EAN' (or EAN/UPC/ISBN), but can put 'Does Not Apply' (Nicht zutreffend), if your item doesn't have a number.

I chose a template for DE category 124713 (Objektive) and captured these screenshots of the process.
