eBay has a very few categories where they will allow uploading a video directly from your smart phone to eBay's picture hosting using the Mobile App. For you current categories, the video must go in the description, rather than being uploaded to eBay hosting.
The easiest way to add sound or video to your item description is to create a video with your camera or smartphone.
Upload your videos to YouTube:
YouTube will then give you a Share Link or Embed Code.
Paste either the "link" or the "code" into this Code Converter tool to make it compatible with eBay.

Copy the code from the converter tool and paste it into the description that you write. eBay's Description editor has a RichText toolbar for editing text, but, instead, you must use the HTML tab or HTML link on the text editor and paste your code into the HTML view. Then, when you switch back to the RichText editor, you will see the placeholder for the video.
If you are a new seller using eBay's Quick Lister, you won't be able to use the default "Linked Video (code)" from the converter tool because eBay's Quick Lister will strip too much of the formatting. Instead, choose the "Linked Video (editable)" or the "Text Link (editable)" option from the tool and paste the results into your listing description.
Alternatively, if you have your own website, you can upload an MP4 file to your website and paste your secure (https) website link into the converter tool. The converter tool will construct the HTML5 code for embedding your video in your description.
