An "unparseable line" means there are rows in your data that do not match the expected data structure. This can occur if your file has extra line breaks creating blank rows or rows of random data.
Extra linebreaks are not allowed in data cells, and they most typically appear in the description, so eBay has a tool to help remove them from descriptions:

Also make sure there are no extra populated cells below your intended item rows. It is sometimes easy to miss "junk" that is pushed down the page.
