file exchange error code 37

I have tried 11 different variations of editing the File Exchange CSV file and I keep getting the same error code, "

"Error - Input data for tag <Item.ShippingDetails.ShippingType> is invalid or missing. Please check API documentation."

I have looked through the Instructions and can't seem to find an answer...any help?

I'll be happy to assist you with the error you are getting.

From your screenshot, it appears you have entered in an invalid value for the ShippingType header.

The values for that header are as follow:

Flat (default)

FrieghtFlat

Calculated

FlatDomesticCalculatedInternational
CalculatedDomesticFlatInternational

You entered FreeShipping. This is invalid. You don't really need to specify that you are offering free shipping if your ShippingService-1:Cost is 0.

By default, the ShippingType is set to Flat if you left it blank. If you specify something, you can only use the values above.

I'm sorry if this information was not easily found in our user guide. If you have access to the eBay File Exchange Advanced User Guide, you can find this information on page 123.
