trying to upload to  file exchange  the errors are blocking me from upload, i give free shipping an make offer,  how is this happen to me..... 717|737 Error - The package weight is not valid or is missing. Provide a valid number for the weight.||Error - Please enter a valid postal code.|

If you are using calculated shipping, or if you allow exports, then the File Exchange spreadsheet needs to include the shipping size and weight parameters, even if you have Shipping Policies in place. Otherwise, the shipping cost will not be available to the buyer.

I see that you will export to Canada, Bahamas, and Uruguay, so those locations are probably triggering the weight problem. 

There are two weight columns that expect whole numbers. The first is whole pounds and the second is whole ounces.

•  WeightMajor

•  WeightMinor

Nonetheless, you may also need to supply:

•  PackageLength
•  PackageWidth
•  PackageHeight

And may also need:

•  PackageType
•  ShipFromZipCode

I recommend downloading the old File Exchange PDF manual for those fields.

I see that one of your older listings allows exports, but not through the Global Shipping Program, while your most recent listing does use GSP.  So, somewhere in there lies the problem.

I looked at one of your items. It was using the Global Shipping Program.  The only international countries I saw were Bahamas, Canada, and Uruguay. The item was listed in the subcategory "Other Motorcycle Parts." Some categories are not eligible for the Global Shipping Program.  If you choose a more specific subcategory, I think you may find that more countries are eligible.

If you are using calculated shipping (regardless of whether you are using a shipping profile), then you will need all the shipping fields that describe the package. 

There are two weight columns that expect whole numbers. The first is whole pounds and the second is whole ounces. Also set imperial ( >> lb) or metric (>> kg) weight unit

• WeightMajor

• WeightMinor

• WeightUnit

You may also need to supply (in whole inches):

• PackageLength
• PackageWidth
• PackageDepth

And may also need:

• PackageType
• ShipFromZipCode or PostalCode
