How long does negative feedback percentage stay,im at 99.5% now,when will i get back to 100%?

Negative feedbacks linger for a year. (It only feels like an eternity.) It's all mathematical. With more successful sales, you'll creep back up, but won't make 100% until the negative falls off.

Negative feedback falls off your "radar" after a full 12 months (one year). Remember, it will not go off your account, but it will go away from your feedback percentage.

By the way your buyer was 100% correct in their statement.

That is the cheap Wal-Mart brand called Scentsationals....that is NOT Scentsy brand.
