feedback revision request

A seller recently refunded my money and asked me to revise my negative feedback. He did not sent me a 'request revision' form. I found the link on eBay and tried to walk him through how to do it. Then I clicked on the link myself and the 'request revision' link doesn't take me (or him) to the spot it supposed to. And there's no link for customer help to explain this to them.
