eBay cannot find tracking information and is not paying me for an item I sold.

I'm new to selling on eBay. I had shipped a My Little Pony figure to someone and the tracking number that I was provided (through another source) did not pop up. They said they got the figure, but ebay is not saying it was delivered.

I have a few packages where I got positive feedback from buyers.

But tracking didn't show "delivered' in tracking.

I have some packages with open tracking more than a year ago.

There are honest buyers out there sometimes.

One thing you never ever do ever is ask buyer 'did you received item' in this situation.

You just don't know if buyer will be honest.
