eBay New Store Newsletter format

Hi I have signed up for the new eBay store newsletters and have selected the "item showcase template" but the format is all over the place and it will only include 4 products and the last email didn't even include the 4 most recently added products.  Is anyone else having problems with this new template?  Also I can't see anywhere how we can create our own templates.  Any suggestions?  Thanks Liz

This has been problematic for years.  There is no way to showcase the correct items you want to display.  Its infuriating & has pretty much made the newsletter feature worthless.   I send complaints to ebay dozens of times over the past 3 yrs, and they roll out a new newsletter format that STILL does not let us select the exact items related to a specific sale you might want to let your customers know about.     Ebay needs to LISTEN TO ITS SELLERS and make this feature more functional!
