eBay File Exchange Import Error

I am trying to run a price update import on 500 products, but am running into issues with file exchange. The files are automatically failing with the following error message "Abandoned Job: Abandoning Job: 1097233305". I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

File headers: 'Action' ' ItemID'  'StartPrice'

ItemID = number formatted

Jobs are "abandoned" when the file can not be read at all.

Otherwise, you would receive a line-by-line error report.

Check your header row for invalid characters.

Make sure you are not uploading a UTF-8 formatted file that might contain a hidden Byte Order Mask in front of the Action heading. The US File Exchange expects ISO-8859-1 (ANSI) encoding, not UTF8 encoding.

I was able to get the file imported and processed. I must've been saving the csv file in UTF-8 format. Your response was greatly appreciated.
