Hi, I am looking for software for that will keep track of all the items that I am selling for other people. Something that would let me set different commission rates and break down the payouts for each item and consignor. Also would like to be able to integrate a client login into my own website so that my clients could view their consignments and their payouts. I have seen this done before on multiple sites I am just not exactly sure how it is being done. It seems like auctiva might have most of those features but can't seem to find anything that handles consignments in their free trial version. Any help is greatly appreciated.
It won’t be fancy, but but your own spreadsheet with vlookups to reference the right info would work. Then just put the file on google docs, and you are set. Won’t be real time, but serviceable.
Once you get the hang of it, vlookups (in Excel) are easy and effective. Saves a massive amount of time, and super useful for bringing together info from separate files.
